Q. HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
A. In the UK, we send by Recorded Delivery mail. For overseas orders we use Recorded Delivery Airmail. For very large orders, we use a courier service.
Q. CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED USING ANOTHER METHOD?A. Yes, but shipping costs will vary from those quoted in our postage rates. A few of our customers in the UK prefer to have their orders sent by 'Special Delivery', and a few customers overseas like to use 'Swiftair' - but regular inland mail and airmail are generally quick and reliable.
Q. HOW SHOULD I PAY FOR MY ORDER?The easiest way is by Credit Card or Debit Card using the secure ordering facility on this website. If you would prefer to give us your card details by telephone, by fax, by email or by letter, then you can find our contact information on our website. Click on the button marked 'Contact'.
Q. I DON'T HAVE A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD. CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER ANY OTHER WAY?Yes. For orders within the UK, we can accept payment by Cheque or Postal Order payable to 'Raucous Records'. For overseas orders, we can accept payment by International Money Order, or you should be able to send a British Currency Cheque from your bank. Also, we will accept British Cash, Euros or US Dollars sent by recorded mail. If you wish to pay by Bank Transfer, please contact us first to make these arrangements.
Q. CAN I PAY USING 'PAYPAL'?Yes. Just send your order, along with your name and address, and we will bill you via Paypal. Paypal account info@retrovixens.com
Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING THAT I ORDER IS NOT IN STOCK?Most items listed are in stock. In the event that something is out of stock, we will not charge your card, or will refund your Paypal account.
Q. I AM ORDERING FROM OVERSEAS. HOW MUCH WILL I PAY IN MY OWN CURRENCY?Approximate currency conversions are provided on our website in Euros, US Dollars, Australian Dollars, Canadian Dollars and Japanese Yen. These are intended only as a guide, so you know roughly the cost of each item in your own currency. There is also a currency conversion tool on the website which has accurate and up-to-date exchange rates for every currency around the World.

RETROVIXENS RETURNS POLICY:
All our products are made to a high standard from top quality fabrics and we want you to enjoy wearing any clothing that you purchase from us, but if for any reason you are unhappy with any product or would like to exchange it for a bigger/smaller size we will accept returns for refund or exchange.
Clothing should be returned in as new condition, with all the labels etc still attached.
Item should be returned to us as soon as possible. You can find our contact details on the 'Contact Us' page.
Please include the credit card receipt along with the item that you are returning.
We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery Mail as we cannot be responsible for returned items not reaching us.
Unfortunately we cannot exchange or accept returns on underwear of any kind.
